In the event of change in your mobile number, you agree that you will update your profile information including your mobile number on Apnaexams.in.

By this agreement you agree that company will not be responsible, if information forwarded through SMS is not received in time due to communication failure from telecom operator network.

2) ADVERTISING: Apnaexams.in may provide advertising facility to third party; the outsiders can submit their advertisements related to their products or services on Apnaexams.in. Advertising facility provided by the company is subject to agreement that, Apnaexams.in would not be responsible for any liability, misinformation, errors associated with such advertising information.

You further agree that, Company would not accept any claims of business loss, damages to group or individual due to dealing with companies whose advertisement is published on Apnaexams.in.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy will be applicable to all users irrespective of geographical coverage and their category – Customer or Students.

For the ease of every user, there is a “Trial-Period” of 15 days and post this period once any user determines to buy the user rights to avail full benefits of the portal and make the required payment, no refund will be granted if any user wish to cancel their user rights in future.

In order to help you resolve any issues with respect to functionalities or any other issues pertaining to the portal, we may help you to troubleshoot your issues either through online tools or over the phone.
